At Ivy Cup, we take pride in offering high-quality menstrual cups and accessories that are designed to last. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.
Due to the intimate nature of menstrual cups, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for packages that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to protect our customers and ensure that everyone receives a new and hygienic product.
If your package arrived with significant damage or defects, such as a damaged cup or other items with tangible proof, please contact us within 1 week of receiving the package. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund for the damaged items.
In order to initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer service team at theivycup@gmail.com/+2348127300348 within 30 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) in question.
Please note that the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your provided bank account within two days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet within the stipulated timeframe, first check your bank account again.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, we will communicate the address or organize a shipping route closest to you (if you would prefer). Should you choose to take care of the return shipping entirely, please send it to Maintenance Market, Block 4 Shop 16, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
